i haven't managed to find another movie like this one. extremely surreal, but manages to feel both comedic and somewhat nostalgic at the same time. have to give it 5/5 just because of how strange and original it feels
bro i have no idea really what kurosawa was really trying to do with this. didn't feel anything like his other work. still can't say it was bad, just feel like his talents weren't really channeled here. still well worth watching... everybody need a friend like sano though
this movie is wild i really have no idea how to rate it. cronenberg kinda wacky ngl but he cool he cool. definitely one of those movies worth watching when you feel like you want something that is super weird
i'm not normally a fan of this kind of horror film at all, but this one is great. has some sort of goofy moments to it, but ultimately i think it still felt a little unique. unnerving, definitely more of a quintessential horror film
