Most realistic portion of this show is the emphasis on grooming standards haha. No jokes some SGT. Majors really can be like that. But focusing on the show itself its fairly decent and accurate with how people felt at the time (speaking from first hand experience) so watching this felt like re-living alot of the past in some capacity. I do like how they made they show feel more natural with alot of banter and jokes sprinkled in because if you've ever been in the military then you already know how it is when your surrounded with everyone. Overall I'd say this show is worth a watch on its own its stand pretty on its own legs and is very entertaining from start to finish.

Insightful look at our occupation of Iraq, the issues with chain of command and blindly following orders. Superbly acted.
