Where to Watch American Primeval
- Jerry VasquezJanuary 25, 2025Solid western.
- StefanJune 30, 2026American Primeval mistakes bleakness for depth, draining both its visuals and much of its storytelling in the process. While the Mormon storyline offers genuine intrigue, the central journey of Sara and Isaac is riddled with clichés and frustrating character decisions, leaving the series feeling far more bland than its premise deserves.
- CubaneFebruary 6, 2026A very strong Western where there is no good nor evil, just various flawed players trying to survive. It's surprising Netflix would produce a show that depicts native Americans slaughtering each other as well as whites, but maybe the tired noble savage narrative is finally running its course.
- Tony BrownJanuary 18, 2025Brilliant
- Patrick D.May 17, 2025This is a great Western. Definitely worth the watch if you're looking to scratch that itch. The end was a little disappointing, but shows rarely stick the ending.
- Chuge NJ Horror and Action fanApril 12, 2025My kind of western show. Brutal and everyone is a bit (or very) flawed. I didn't feel like I was being preached to about some cause or another. Great show!
- 100onJuly 25, 2025A man escorting a mother and child across the wilderness. Similar to the premise of the hit show, The Last of Us, but much better in every aspect. Wish there will be a second season.
