- At least it wasn't two white guys portrayed the way these two were - just one. It seems like white male characters are rarely depicted positively in movies these days. More often than not, they're written as exaggerated caricatures: awful, sinister, creepy, or worse. As for the movie itself, I didn't find it funny in the slightest. The characters weren't entertaining, and every scene I watched felt awkward and cringeworthy. I only made it about 15 minutes in before I gave up. I understand it's supposed to be a comedy, but for me, comedy needs to be more than just being offensive for the sake of being offensive. Shock value alone doesn't make something funny, and this movie never rose above that. Instead of laughing, I was mostly just embarrassed watching it.
Cringe comedy is a terrible genre
