Milly Alcock was believable and beautiful as a supergirl, mamoa was a terrible choice for villain/hero, but the script made her character not lovable until close to the end of the movie. I still prefer the 1980 supergirl movie.

- Umut KaracaSeptember 26, 2026I’m deducting points for what they did. In the movie, Jason Momoa was just used for promotional purposes—damn it. I don’t even want to see that guy anymore. It’s a rip-off of the Minecraft movie. Why is this guy on the cover photo? He was practically an extra in the movie. Even if you cut out the scenes with him, the plot wouldn’t change at all. It would’ve made more sense if you’d put Superman in there. I mean, with so many main characters in the movie, you’re choosing this extra? You guys are trash.

- October 3, 2026I didn't want to watch this, based on the comments and my general distaste for superhero movies as a whole. The first 20 minutes got me interested, trying to set the tone, but the movie quickly devolved into the usual stupid characters and over the top, unbelievable action sequences. What made it worse was that the dog, a main character, was so badly animated I thought I was watching Snowy from an old TinTin cartoon. Why do they do that? I don't think Milly Alcock deserves all the hate. Blame the producers, writers and directors!

- August 4, 2026First off this is all on the directing and writing - the actors did their jobs. But from scene one as were shown a lackadaisical and apathetic superhero partying on fumes, I struggle to care at all for any plight she may have. The CGI dog being in danger is just not enough to keep the plot going, and tell me again why the escape pod could only hold one person? The dialogue was bad, the story predictable, the music some of the worst Ive even seen in a movie ( nepotism anyone??). DC deserved to have this movie bomb. They weren’t even creative enough to allow the supporting protagonist meet their goal and shoot for a flimsy and weak redemption arc with nothing to actually redeem. I’m sad to have wasted my time on this movie and sad for the actors to to witness the final product of this meandering, pointless, and ultimately bad movie.
