Strange lights descend on the city of Los Angeles, drawing people outside like moths to a flame where an extraterrestrial force threatens to swallow the entire human population off the face of the Earth.
The only thing more unforgivable than the movie itself, is that there have been, as of 2025, THREE sequels! The entire preamble is inconsequential, with the exception of a small lead in to the final twist, which itself is thoroughly lacking in interest value. For a Sci Fi, the CGI is extraordinarily ordinary, and the lack of basic physics knowledge (see crash landing jet on rooftop) beggars belief. Most of the action happens around the cast as opposed to involving them, which is also odd. It feels like the whole story was built around the twist revealed in the final few minutes, but nobody could be bothered to actually craft a story… and it is poor by any twist standard. Dreadful.
Great movie
Can’t wait to see the continuation of the story line.
I surely will miss the couple though .
Maybe they both will b red empowered and eventually both become human once again or maybe help humanity overcome the alien invasion
It's alright, interesting concept. Entertaining B-movie with an enticing ending, but probably not going to watch the sequel..
