Kept locked inside the house by her father, 7-year-old Chloe lives in fear and fascination of the outside world, where Abnormals create a constant threat—or so she believes. When a mysterious stranger offers her a glimpse of what's really happening outside, Chloe soon finds that while the truth isn't so simple, the danger is very real.
- Mister ArnJuly 27, 2025Freaks is a sci-fi thriller built on strong performances and a story that trusts the audience to keep up. Rather than laying everything out from the start, it drops breadcrumbs, inviting you to piece things together. When the truth finally clicks into place, it feels earned. It’s not flashy by superhero standards, but it's an entertaining film carried by a kid.
- Treks_Tales_TunesJune 8, 2026brilliant movie.. if you survive the first 30 min of confusion, it is a rollercoaster drive after that..
- wjlesaSeptember 15, 2026I love this movie. More character development than all of the Disney Marvel movies combined. This is how mutants should be done. And Bruce Dern is awesome as always.
- Nicholas FlorioNovember 2, 2025It was entertaining. Not an excellent movie but it kept my attention and I would probably watch it again if I were to run by it...
- BummingtonAugust 26, 2026Banging movie. Cool concept and well executed.

Story line I loved how it played out. The little girls acting freakishly Amazing. All of them were great. Action scenes, 🔥 very good. Twisty some. Not predictable. Very much so… Re-Watchable💯%.

- Splitvision89July 15, 2026So damn good. I really enjoyed this film.
- howdysAugust 9, 2026I forgot how much this movie confuses you. Right when it gets uncomfortable... Makes you sound like Bill N Ted... "Woah!" Then the kid on the trike at the end of OG Toy Story... "That was TOOOOTALLY WIIIICKEEEEED!!!!"
- MR_BigTimeJanuary 10, 2026Can we talk for a minute about how cute Lexy Kolker was here? When she wasn't being a spoiled brat, that is... sometimes even then. With that out of the way, while Freaks presents a subject that's anything but new, it does so in a rather powerful way. It even went a bit over the top for my taste, at times, but even then it kept my attention and kept me wondering what was real and what wasn't. It's definitely nominated for a rewatch from me sometime.
- James MacleanAugust 4, 2026Starts off as a psychological thriller, but there is a great twist in the second half of the film. The acting is good and the special effects are minimal but effective. Definitely worth a watch.
- PotsAugust 1, 2026four stars! four stars! four stars!
- jlanattaAugust 1, 2026Predictable AF
- Dorian SandreJuly 30, 2026Great story, solid Direction, a very good fantasy movie. It's hard to talk about it without spoiling it, but it's most definitely worth your time. I wished we had more of that kind of quality movie making around.
