Where to Watch Freakier Friday
- Kevin WardAugust 6, 2025Takes a few awkward steps out of the gate to “establish” our new characters before thrusting us into the body swap. And when the body swap happens it takes a little (perhaps a lot) of getting used to which characters are which. Once the film finds it’s bearings though, it’s a really entertaining and funny, family affair. Lindsay Lohan and JLC still got it. I was happy to see their characters (bodies) remain front and center. Lots of really funny supporting roles/cameos. I loved Vanessa Bayer’s palm reader, especially. Very much in keeping with the tone and tempo of the preview film. I was skeptical when this was announced, but this was a delight. Bonus half star for the 🇵🇭 representation. Needed more 🇵🇭food though.
- parktool69October 14, 2025fun and silly
- MaxRiderApril 24, 2026Nostalgic fluff that coasts on the original’s charm. Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan still have chemistry, but the plot’s overstuffed and the jokes feel forced. Pleasant enough for a family night, nothing more. “Make good choices!”
- Lincoln and Blake FrankFebruary 10, 2026The initial thirty minutes were somewhat awkward, but it significantly improved
- Ivan KuznetsovJanuary 19, 2026An absolutely dull film that has nothing in common with the first part
- Main_User_1October 5, 2025Amazing movie
- Marco PorcelliOctober 11, 2025We liked it a lot .
- RecordedsnakeJanuary 11, 2026Freakier Friday is a joyful, high-energy throwback that somehow feels fresh at the same time. It leans into the nostalgia we love, then cranks up the chaos with sharper jokes, bigger heart, and genuinely fun twists on the body-swap madness. The cast clearly has a blast, the humour lands for both teens and adults, and underneath all the silliness there’s a surprisingly sweet message about family, growing up, and actually listening to each other. It’s funny, feel-good, and exactly the kind of movie that leaves you smiling on the way out.
- cultfilmlikerSeptember 28, 2025“Good” “faith” “effort” Acting was fun enough!
- David PopomeyaNovember 23, 2025Some movies doesn’t need a second part 🥲
