This movie infuriated me more than anything. With friends like these, you're better off trusting the killer. Now I have to go and take my blood pressure medicine and figure out how to erase this from my memory.
This was clearly an attempt at a movie like Host. It took an HOUR for anything substantial to happen, and then not much happened after that. I adore the "Screenlife" genre, but this wasn't a great addition
There are too many unbelievable aspects this film expects of you to get behind its ideas. But the 2nd half, and finale especially, are just too messy to make this enjoyable beyond the 1st half.
This is just a bad film. The cast has very little chemistry and the plot is lame. The bright spot is Ariel Winter. She's such a talented actress, and she's absolutely stunning 🥵. The worst part of this film is the dreadful presence of Luke Benward.
Opening starts with a tragedy, and I can't wait to see if it comes into play later in the film.
We've got our characters dealing with the new life that covid 19 put the world through, and something is off already.
This is a bonkers "who done it", everybody is acting beyond foolish and making rash decisions. This was actually not that bad, and it's kind of fun "in a punch you in the face" kinda way.
